Lively Services LLC offers an SMS messaging program to provide marketing information, promotional offers, appointment reminders, and service updates to subscribers who opt in.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Lively Services LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. We will not send messages outside of 8AM–8PM local time unless specifically requested.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment reminders, and other content related to permanent LED lighting installation services.

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS program.

Lively Services LLC is not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages, or for any damages arising from your participation in the SMS program. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier.
